Kinematic is the first company in the diagnostics industry to
provide a three-year warranty on instruments
for rapid assay development and manufacturing.
The three-year warranty covers all Matrix bench top models, which include:
- Matrix™ 1201 Membrane Cutter
- Matrix™ 2501 Rotary Slitting Module
- Matrix™ 2210 Universal Laminator Module
- Matrix™ 1600 Reagent Dispensing Module
- Matrix™ 2531 Rotary Slitting Module
- Matrix™ 2360 Programmable Shear
Maintenance issues are not covered under the three-year warranty
(i.e., blade sharpening, chipped blades, worn drive rollers, etc…).
Matrix customers receive a spare part catalog for ordering specific
components that require
replacement over time (i.e., switches, belts, etc…).
