6100 Troubleshooting
& Maintenance Charts
TROUBLESHOOTING - There are many options to this model, this chart is for
the generic version. If
you have a customized version please return to our
Customer Service and Support page to contact us with
questions about your specific problem.
The following chart shows some troubleshooting activities an operator or
maintenance person can easily accomplish.
Troubleshooting activities that go beyond the scope of those listed below are to
be undertaken with input from
Kinematic Automation Service Personnel.

Clean tank,
idlers and squeegee rods before changing
reagents |
Remove tank,
tank idler and squeegeerods. Clean with solvent (refer to company policies, MSDS of
reagent and solvent before using any cleaning agent |

Reagent Plumbing
Replacement |
Replace all
plumbing whenever clogged or when reagent type is changed |
Remove all
plumbing components and replace with unused parts |
