The Matrix™1600 Reagent Dispensing Module
is
the low cost solution for reagent application onto lateral
flow test strip products. Ease of set-up and use makes this
the ideal system for both product development and moderate
volume manufacturingapplications.
The Matrix™ 1600 Reagent Dispensing Module's robust construction utilizing high quality components
provides the reliability required in production scenarios.
The touch screen operator interface, helps
insure consistent results from batch to batch.
Dispensing tip line spacing adjustment and replacement can be
accomplished without tools, allowing quick change-over
between products. No additional devices are required to set
or adjust operational settings. The Matrix™ 1600 Reagent Dispensing Module platen speed, flow rate, dot spacing and dot volume are all
configured using simple scroll-through interface screens.
