TROUBLESHOOTING
The following chart shows some activities an
operator or maintenance person can easily accomplish.
Troubleshooting activities which go beyond the scope of those listed below are
to be undertaken solely with input from
Kinematic Automation Service Personnel.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE - Assumes you have preformed this maintenance before and are familiar with this machine.
Turn the power off before beginning any preventive maintenance procedure.

The scheduling is to be used solely as a guideline.
Actual required maintenance frequencies depend heavily upon product parameters and use of the machine.

Remove Cutting Moduleclean glue, dust and debris from the blade face. Recommended solvent is isopropyl alcohol. Experimentation with different solvents may be required to find the appropriate cleaner for your product’s attributes. |
